Who knows, they may already have an institution ready to scoop those shares up.

Highly unlikely. Were that the case, they'd be getting help from an investment bank or major brokerage firm rather than from Liviakis. Why aren't they? Because they can't afford it, and because there's no real interest.

Take the case of a company like WCII. A very serious outfit. Nah, they don't make any money, won't for another three years or so, but they're not a lightweight. The stock's had its ups and downs, not doing fabulously at the moment, though things could be worse. And who do they have backing them? Morgan Stanley. (Well, yes, MS did downgrade recently, but is still in for the long term.) How can you imagine that IFCI--without a hope of that kind of support--is gonna attract major institutional interest?

Yes. The stock may fly for awhile. On momentum and on hype. And my best to those who profit by it--I've occasionally done so. I'm only saying again and again: be very very careful.
