There remains enemy activity in Iraq - better one province instead of much bigger parts of the country.

I note the torture chamber that was found. Gee, isn't a good thing the country isn't being handed over to those folks?

Turkish troops enter northern Iraq in pursuit of Kurdish rebels

Nevertheless the major invasion liberals were hoping for hasn't happened.

briefly sending a battalion of several hundred soldiers across the mountainous border in pursuit of rebels from the Kurdistan Workers Party, better known as the PKK.

According to Kurdish and Turkish sources, between 300 and 500 soldiers pushed about three kilometres into northern Iraq early yesterday. The lightly armed troops stayed about 15 hours before withdrawing to the Turkish side of the mountains.

And Turkey and Kurdistan really big trading partners.
