I have been far too lax in seeing my chiropractor, so I'm glad I finally took the time to get in yesterday. I feel so much better this morning it's hard to believe. I'm going back in a week for another adjustment then I'll get back on my once a month routine. I'm still gonna ask them to x-ray my hip when I get my physical next month. That's been getting worse for a couple years.
