The cap and control algorithm is the prevailing force in this rally, its accommodation to built up inertia. There is no location of inventory, against sold out market conditions across much of the SIP.

These are not market set prices. We remain in a sideways trending market.......use the primary rule as the days between now and Jan 10th or so, unfold.

Sold Out conditions cant be alleviated under the "organization" of addition and subtraction, applied against any portfolio to sustain cap and control.

Its really as simple as that.

When the market changes from Obfuscation to Valuation by market metrics, without routines in place to fade all fundamentals and market prices prevail, you'll note the changes in a far more dramatic way.

Demand includes all outstanding IOU's and unlocated shares from past rinse / desking operations.
