Mike, re <Intel rebates/settlement> This subject was already discussed some time ago. This is not a refund, this is a simple Intel marketing catch. For every $50 out, they will make $125 since the 166MHz overdrive is about $200 today (-$25 in fabrication costs). I believe all this suit was orchestrated by Intel itself in order to get rid of stale inventory. Smart move.
