Yes and No. The problem this time is that it's affecting the banking sector in a way that this country hasn't seen before. The problem is that for the first time, monetary policy is being rendered ineffective. Bear, Morgan - these are the first quarterly losses in the HISTORY of these firms. So by definition history is being made. I'm afraid we have may have taken the game too far this time.
