I agree with you, but, how can you then go around telling people that you know with absolute certainty that your vision for health care is best for America or that it will even work.

Because the real world is more complex than models of it.

The free market isn't imposing some system or some model. Its allowing people to be free to make their own decisions and than adjust if they don't work our right. If you could perfectly model the economy (or a subset of it like the health care part of the economy), despite the unpredictability of people and the fact that they have different ideas and agendas, than maybe centrally planning some solution might make sense. But you can't even come close to perfectly modeling even a significant subset of the economy.
