they originally thought they were insulting me with the "you are going to get stuck with Priuses in CA" hahahah byline. They didn't realize that everybody wants a Prius here- we can't get them. Nobody is buying anything but hybrids unless they are like me and desperately need a new car this year and no hybrids available. I think the driving experience of the Prius is probably identical to my BMW 323i except you have to fill up less and the Prius in battery mode is quieter, plus the Prius is cheaper, and holds its resale better.
