The good ole southern crackers down here are blaming Bill Clinton for the housing mess. It's about time<g>..

'The sun just isn't worth all that much. In the 1920's the New Yorkers stampeded out of here because of the 1926 hurricane. The prices were too high but will come back. Lets hope we can put the local gov'ts in check; they spend too much. Also right on Pete, Greenspan is at fault. You wouldn't think this but I believe he is a socialist. You need to do background work on him and the truth comes out. Oh and one more thing, when you look at the grand scope of this mess, Greenspan commented on TV that Bill Clinton, a socialist, was a brilliant man; no he just agreed to do the same things as Clinton. In reality Clinton is at fault for this mess. Why? Because it was Clinton who had a massive increase of taxes and effectively took out the Governments demand for money in the economic picture and as a result interest rates fell and property prices rose accordingly. Property values are inversely related to interest rates. Now that federal taxes went up so do local real estate taxes as a result of increases in the ad valorem taxes. We all got F***** by the Clintons. The results are the entire economic system of our country was destabilized. The Clintons are incompetent and don't know what they are doing. If that's not the case they are deliberately trying to weaken our republic.
