Of course they'll increase....its called global growth. Kyoto wasn't put in place to eliminate emissions....its there to help reduce the acceleration rates of emissions. If Kyoto wasn't in place what would the worldwide increase have been?

Again Nadine.....this is called global growth in emerging markets. Of course their emissions rates will increase much more than ours. Without Kyoto would it have been higher than 21.1%? With Kyoto how much less would the US emissions have been?
