if you buy a car out of state its a big hassle to license it here, you need to take it to an emissions center and get it certified etc. Doesn't matter if its a clean car, every car. People used to buy cars out of state but now nobody does.

Sigh... 99% of dealer stock in LV and Reno has CA emissions certification. Although it's optional in NV, they do it so they can sell new cars to Californians and also do dealer trades with CA dealers..

I don't have time to fly all over and bring up a car from fresno.

Go to your local Toyota dealer and have them do a swap for one. Saying you can't get one is a bunch of BS. You just like your BMW...
