Are all the signers doing worse? You've got to look at growth rates of each individual country relative to ours. You've also got to look at just the sheer volume of emissions from each country

So basically, you have no argument with the idea that Kyoto has had no actual effect on carbon dioxide emissions?

It's all political kabuki theatre Bobby. Gotta see it for what it is.
