Tech Buyer---WSJ story mentions Texas Instruments-Archer Inc., the islands biggest maker of DRAM chips loss of 667 million New Taiwan dollars,(23.4 million US dollars) in first half of year compared to a profit of 1.1 billion NT dollars for all of 1996. Also Nan Ya Technology a unit of Nan Ya Plastics Corp predicts a loss of at least NT 400 million dollars. Sorry I have no way to post the entire story, perhaps someone can scan it in.
