Fwiw, I am reallocating some oil stocks as follows:

I've trimmed a little of my OXY bought in 2000. On a valuation basis (forward p/e), that stock is more expensive now than XOM, which is unusual. Sorry that I've only bought a few XOM shares during past month after I had sold a full XOM position in Etrade (which account I reduced substantially).

Kurt Wulff is now recommending small increases in Russian OGZPY and LUKOY. I often follow Mr Wulff, and I've increased my positions in these two a little this week.

I am also still trying to increase positions in some low p/e oil drillers/ suppliers like UNT if prices will drop a little on no adverse news. OTOH, I am adding just a very very little to RIG if/as it moves up.
