I think that the guys that used to have the infomercial for curing baldness with the can of black spray paint only charged 40 bucks.

Are we describing both they and Brinker as Cheap Sharks?

I guess I'd agree if you are comparing them to someone with the power of attorney ripping off 100s of thousands from a rich geezer. But then you have to keep in mind that Brinker and the hair spray guys likely focus on the not very well to do.
