Right, I agree with all you're saying and my post was only to make the point that we have two completely separate events, and that the burglary cannot be justified because of any prior relationship, if any, between the burglars and the victim... the victim is still the victim of a burglary, plain and simple, it makes no difference why they committed the burglary, and in the commission of a burglary in your home, you have every right to defend yourself with deadly force... The case here is no different that oj simpson trying to justify his armed robbery and kidnapping crime by saying the victims of his crime stole his property in the first place... these are two completely separate crimes and one has nothing to do with the other... I seriously doubt the second crime can be mitigated and justified because of the first crime... GZ
