Here's a mind blower In 2 days it will be 30 years since I awakened to see that Santa had brought me Pink Floyd Animals. I'm listening to it now and its stood the test of time....not bad taste for an 11 year old kid. My sister remarked "thats pot music" but the only pot I knew about at that age was what you made coffee in. I think at the time my record collection consisted of Kansas, Boston 1, Elton John (greatest hits) and Kiss alive LOL! The following year when I got Van Halen 1 I think my parents were pretty sure I was a 5'4 version of satan LOL. To their credit they bought me a stereo and encouraged me to embrace music even when they hated it. I still remember the Stereo to this day Sansui Amp <---it was considered great at the time JVC Turntable Pioneer 3 way speakers with a 12" woofer Silence was never the same in our home after that LOL
