Jim do you think they have increased the short position to keep RMTR under $5? Isn't it a known fact that over $5 certain funds are able to start buying in?

I looked at the SEC filings you mentioned on the other board but it's beyond me to see the clue for a sale. If possible would you mind helping me on this one. You know how to contact me. I'd be ever so grateful.

Hopefully TITT holds off just a bit longer. I'd like to get some but have been waiting for a raise since 2004 and still in contract negotions. I'm almost wondering if this bargaining has crossed the line for legal. We are public employees so striking is not an option. We did go in for a CIR study and got hosed on the outcome. Some lost wages, I picked up a bit from being under paid. Those who got a back pay check had to pay back the difference in insurance payments made for us so it hit the checks hard. Those who had been over paid and took a hit in pay did not have to pay back. We got our insurance rates raised higher than the rest of the regular County employees who aren't union. We also lost our longetivity pay. The rep who was working with the CIR study was fired 1 month before the hearing and they gave the position to a gal whose experience is 20 years a housewife and 2 years a secretary. The new Union business agent hired her because his friend helped him win the election and he was about to lose his business and needed a job for his wife. He won the election because he let a bunch of Operating Engineers vote who hadn't been paying dues and shouldn't have been allowed to vote. She took it to court and lost probably because she couldn't get enough evidence. There were so many stationary members voting that it's strange he won. Anyway she started an Association and we've been in battle ever since.

I'm going to start a petition to the Senator's this January that if they hold bargaining over for more than a year the interest they collect on the money they hold for the possible pay out should be divided amoung the members. They shouldn't be unjustly enriched for not negotiating fairly. They have probably paid the raise if we get one by the wait and the money they made.

Anyway. Just hope it holds on until after this contract gets settled. Hopefully January things will get resolved.

Best wishes.
