If a CIA desk jockey neglects to file paperwork to have herself removed from the list of secret agents and then she blabs to a few dozen too many people that she works for the CIA and then she send her husband as a phoney diplomat to Africa and later is her duplicity is exposed some one in the Administration other than who finally leaker her identity needs to pay for the problem.

If a Clinton crony steals top secret documents from the national archive to cover up for himself and the Clintons it is no big deal.

If a few tapes are destroyed to protect the identities of real secret agents it is a crisis.

Have I summarized your opinions correctly? It stikes me as an inconsistant set of beliefs.
