Silicon is one of the most common elements on the planet. Silicates, like sand but there are many other types, make up most of the rocks and sediments you see. When we run out of those, there won't be much of a planet left.

Plastics don't have to be made from oil. organic matter of most any type can be a feedstock, it is just currently more expensive. Now, true, we need to solve the energy problem before that could go much further, but that is a given.
