If 64,000 votes swung Kerry's way in Ohio, Kerry would have won, while losing the popular vote by a lot more than Bush lost it in 2000. I am sure we would have had lots of Republicans complaining about the EC then.

It's interesting that the same people that complain about Gore losing, while winning the popular vote, also complain that Kerry lost because he lost Ohio due to fraud.
