Most people in that industry thought the semiconductor equipment bull market going on at the time had A LOT longer to run. That's a major reason why InvesTing's GUESSES about Brinker's motives are very unlikely to have any basis in fact.

BTW, Brinker got some investors out at a small loss, and some out at a small gain. No one knows how many of each.

InvesTing acting like he knows what was going on in this industry would be like me acting like I knew what was going on in the veterinary business in the vicinity of "Ohio River bottomland," LOL!
