The unions and in particular the French and the Germans have a point then, that "since we have a limited amount of work to be done we must then must aim at no more than 30 hours work each man each week", right?

The ultimate limited pie theory.

I mean, it must be obvious to even the dumbest, that when we move from 45 to 30 hours work a week, 50% more job positions will open up to the unemployed.
At least that's what the German union leaders claim as well.
