Comes a time Mike when enough is enough. I'm all for capitalism but when the only reason a corporation is not forced to reduce its emissions into my atmosphere is because it will eat into its profits, then I have no sympathy. So instead of Exxon's profits being $10B per quarter they'll be say $9B??? Whether you believe CO2 emission have anything to do with GW or not, reducing them is a good thing. Who better to pay for that than the big money that causes most of it. So if their profits slip a little and my 401k isn't as lucrative, so be it. Its a sacrifice I'm willing to pay.....problem is not many want to sacrifice anything.
