it is a horrible experience

My ex took an extra year to sell because she couldn't stand to throw anything away. The house was jammed with 40 years of living there, and she is the world's worst packrat. I knew when I divorced her that I didn't want to be in the same state when she went to move.

She finally took what she wanted and sold it "as is." That was a year ago when the market was still good in California.
