Concur, but so far nobody has identified where buyers are going to come from. From renters who can now afford a home for the first time, from young people starting households, from immigrants, from anyone previously unable to afford a home because of high prices. Just a crack into the American dream. Lower housing prices is not an unalloyed negative to our economy.
