That's a different discussion than 'the rich accumulating wealth faster than the non-rich', but that's OK.

As for you claim that the problem with capitalism is that people in "choke points" get more of the profit than those in free supply points, you bring up the resolution, but with the wrong conclusion.

The problem with this scenario is that smart people want to move to position C

Actually, both smart and dumb people (and the rest of us) want to move to position C rather than A, B and D. Position C then ceases to be a "choke point" since everybody is trying to provide that function, and voila, capitalism has cured itself of the problem you describe.
