Switzerland has done some recent studies... and Canada has done a few (but even there, both had to face-down major threats and intimidation tactics from US and from UN authorities).

You are so full of it. There is little motivation for US authorities to fix a study. Its only the vote the politicians are intrested in and even positive studies won't change that. Only studies done by ardent pot heads have shown any positive benifits such as a cure for cancer. There have only been mild anti symptom benifits from the extracted drug, and smoking the weed will give you cancer quicker than tobacco.
