Hello Charles,

What I related about the timing of the options is just a possible scenario. I just don't think managment will run their stock up while they have 4.5 million options to set.

Also, this stock needs a reason to run. Does it have one now?

George Chelekis once wrote an essay about how these things work. However I don't know if his website exists anymore due to his recent sanction by the SEC.
