baird, the only party selling in lots has been Techtronix which started out last year with about 1.075 million shares and now has 735,000. Glen Meyers, the CEO sold 2,000 shares in August and still holds 235,000 shares. i don't know what you're looking at, but there is no indication on my screen of significant insider selling relative to total issues held. techtronix stated that they forwarned the market of their intention last year to sell X number of RSYS shares as they served as original "start-up" capital, a common practice, but don't see anything exciting here.
