That's a beautiful communist ideology, fresh off the presses ready to try again in the 21st century having failed in the 20th. <as far as i am concerned, any and everybody should be able to leave and enter any and everywhere as they please>
All property is commons property, in any community, from private houses to, tribal areas, villages, towns provinces, states, countries/nations. Such property is there for anybody to use, deplete, pollute, occupy and ransack.
Those who don't like the crowds who move in to help themselves, gratis, can go somewhere else - maybe they would like to live in the Arctic or out on the Pacific Ocean in a boat.
Please leave the keys to your house under the doormat so I can come in anytime. I'll send you a note for suitable comestibles you can pre-purchase to put in the refrigerator.
Locks on doors are a great inconvenience. Fences and gates are similarly irritating when one wishes to move freely.
