For a simple but not too real example, imagine A + B make some sort of widget but can't sell it, either because they don't speak the language or they aren't allowed to sell because of some sort of restrictive regulation.

Your original point was that capitalism was unfair because those at spots you called "choke points" received undue benfit. If regulation is what produces these "choke points", you should be complaining about government (or other) regulation, not about capitalism. Regulations in general are sort of the opposite of capitalism, not examples of it.
