Oh, so there is no actual place on Quicken where I can make a date adjustment to get it to start all over? I thought there was. I actually want those cash balances to reflect the total amount in the sch D for the year which should match the brokerage amounts in their "realized gain/loss" schedule. I guess I will then leave it alone, and just open up the Capital Gains report to compare the balances. For me, it was just having the balances right there on the left without having to open up a separate report that made it convenient.
