<<<Now I need to get caught up on AMTX. What happened with WSTL/AMTX at InterOP?>>>

The only word I got sounded more like a yawn. Guess the show had no real excitement. And I hope more went on behind the scenes as I know Amati and Westell's sales guys met with their respective customers to assure them business would proceed as usual.

I don't know if Nortel's press was reactive or not. Now if Lucent jumps into the game, I'd expect a reaction of atomic blast proportions. I know I may have egg on my face if I'm wrong, but I still think LU will come out of the dugout swinging one of these days. Let's face it, when Westell bought Amati they basically said CAP is dead. I know, I know, it's been on life-support systems a long time, but IMHO the merger pulled the plug.

And if you really want to know what I think, you'll have to buy me a beer. :))

I'm still long Amati and still believe the new Westell will be the powerhouse we expected our baby to be.

Just call me Die Hard.

Cheers!

Pat
