The cap and control algorithm is the prevailing force in todays trade. There is no location of inventory, against sold out market conditions across much of the SIP. I see one issue down .86 on 13,000 total shares, imagine that....a sold out stock loosing 8% of its value when several million shares remain short.

These are no market set prices. We remain in a sideways trending market.......use the primary rule as the days between now and Jan 10th or so, unfold.

Sold Out conditions cant be alleviated under the "organization" of addition and subtraction, applied against any portfolio to sustain cap and control.

Its really as simple as that.

Those trading systems based on broke models need to spend the time between now and the new year, figuring out what to do about the disconnect between real supply and market demand. Wholesale desking may have been the paradigm that worked the last four years, but looking ahead.......me thinks somethings gonna change.
