I travel with friends but once in a while I do a single stint. My husband doesn't like to travel out of the country so I have a couple girlfriends I go with. He also has elderly parents so he can't be far away for long periods of time. I also travel some for work but usually end up in a hotel with coworkers. Generally, I fly alone and meet up with someone. Cruises are nice cause your hotel moves with you from port to port...........don't have to pack and unpack and haul suitcases everyday. Also, those days when you are at sea can be relaxing. Too many ports with land excursions can be tiring. I get my energy up ( exercise ) so I am ready for the extra physical exertion.
