I would not argue that Heat transfer is a subset of thermodynamics. But that is a poorly expressed idea. However I would say Electromagnetism is a property that is involved in a subset of circuit analysis or more accurately a subset of properties applicable to the analsis of some circuits.

Also one can study a subset of circuit analysis and never touch electormagitism. Also many will study electromagnetism with no thought of circuit analysis whatsoever.

Basically Circuit analysis is not a subset of electromagnetism.
