This is a wrong interpretation. MSFT has come out strongly against the suit and they did so from the beginning. They do not believe they have "broken" the agreement and will not back down. Since when does Microsoft do ANYTHING unintentionally? And why am I not surprised at your comment that no MATTER WHAT MSFT decides to do, the big winner will be SUNW. If there is one cerainty in life it is that you will be more bullish tomorrow on sunw than you are today.
