Ah - what a wish list. How many decades would it take - remember the tipping point is near? You offer an imaginary world that would take decades to implement. Ah - do something - do what - who knows - do something. Oh - is the tipping point not near? Is all the poop about the tipping point hysteria. If it is happening - it is going to happen. Wharf - the only realistic solution is nuclear power. The only mention I could find about nuclear energy is a slam against the Bush administration. I challenge you to a reality thought exercise. It might be a novel experience for you.
