>>> For further proof there was recently in one of the car magazines
a test on GM's latest electric car (battery) , in that report one tester is reported to have said that he had a drag race with a
mustang and beat it .<<<

But how long was the drag race? Sounds like it was a short race maybe
100ft. By the time the Mustang finishes spinning its wheels the
electric car will have taken off. Did the Mustang have racing slicks, or was it even a top of the line Mustang or a 4 banger. But the next 100ft of the race the Mustang will over take and pass using HorsePower.

>>>I believe that fuel cell cars will surprise people with their performance , for example Torque is their strong point , instant power without revs.<<<

Also people still seem to forget its not the Fuel cell that provides the locomotive power its the Electric Motor. The fuel cell just supplies the electrical power. A fuel cell doesn't have any rotating parts that connect to the drive wheels.
