I agree. That's why I support death by firing squad using bb guns. With luck it will take a week and several thousand rounds.

Another version for rapist's would be clamping down on the offenders unit in a vise until he is screaming. Weld the vise so the handle will no longer open, start the building on fire and hand the prick a dull spoon and say your choice.
