you do not believe in having level entry jobs. train unskilled workers, like how to show up on time for a job. when there actually work, learn some discipline, gets some benefits and a check at the end of the week you earned.

next after you learned all those things, give your notice and go to work some place else that pays higher , may have better working hours.. and benefits.

that is the system i believe in.
