Since there seems to be growing favor for eliminating the death penalty, I am of the opinion these capital offenders should get "real" punishment. There is no "correction" for them, they're killers. Lethal injection is too easy for them. Let 'em rot in the dungeon. The more I read about this Christmas Eve multiple murder, the more I believe it calls for the death penalty for both involved. Barring that, incarceration in a supermax prison would be appropriate. This was clearly premeditated. They ambushed the parents and then lay in wait for the woman's brother to show up so they could kill him and his family. komotv.com
