To All, Don't be surprised if CAFE jumps to fifty cents or more in the next week or so. Over the last fifteen days the stock has traded nearly twice as much "bid" volume as "ask" volume (including double prints). Since Sept 25th, it has traded over thirty million shares. The market makers are loading up. At the close of today, only three market makers remained at the offer price of 5/32, while eighteen were at 1/8. "THE ISLAND" continues to show an appetite and is responsible for the 999,000 share bid at 1/8. I am amazed by the volume. In most cases where the volume comes into a stock like CAFE the market makers have much of the float already purchased. When this security begins to move (the law of supply and demand suggests that this should be soon) it should be significant. It will probably happen without any news, but if the company has some positive press in reserve, eg. an agreeable settlement with their creditors, the re-opening of Atlanta, or positive revenue growth, this train will race out of the station.
