Well put Vi....The huge unknown, and never put forward by anyone except for on this thread is the Derivative issue. I'm not sure of their consequences for the Market as a whole, but I'm guessing with all the Leverage given and garnered by these instruments of WMD, that it can't be good. If not for all the leverage given out by Wall St. the Sub-Prime mess might've been manageable on its own. but with all the leverage given it has no choice but to spread. The Fed can no longer do anything of consequence in this matter. It somehow has to be solved by the creators of the problem, "Wall St."........We need lotsa luck... IMHO.
