One child policy worldwide to start. Balanced male / female ratio. Universal reversible sterilization of females, reversible only by petitioning me. Rewards for those couples that choose to have NO children. We'll get to this point eventually. It's the ONLY sensible course on a finite planet. Any engineer has to acknowledge this. Universal free education, subsidized for the gifted. Balanced destruction of all militaries worldwide. A massive world space effort, with permanent colonies on the moon and Mars and intense robotic exploration of our solar system.
