PROBABLY because of on going Binding Arbitration with WEX and a delayed 43 -101 and Geophysics report. I believe the 43-101 will be out this month. NOT sure about arbitration. I believe at this point on the company's history, that we have turned the corner...... What is even more important to investors interested in the possibility of buying our shares is that it is NOT readily apparent to everyone else just yet. Aside from our properties, it is apparent that not only is our current management MUCH better that the previous folks, BUT they have a GOOD plan and are working it. WHEN they arrive at the plan's signposts they are READY to move to the next step with no ridiculous delays for people and equipment anymore. OUR tailings are richer than most moly Poryphry Deposits. EVEN when the ball mill went down last August they were able to continue on with the production by processing tailings, do the repair to the mill correctly, obtain the required patteren for the mill (avoiding future delays, ontain spares for the next SCHEDULED liner replacement. The ducks are in a row and the fish are in the barrel...... 294 claims covering 5,880 acres along trend? Recently expanded by 191% 9 sq. Mi. And our net worth at Ashdown is based on 1 acre along a 950-foot strike. The possibility of adding an additional land package to the north comprising of three contigious claim groups, the Cold Creek, Cold Spring and Fury Properties which cover over 765 hectares and have good gold and molybdenum potential. They are currently owned by Action Minerals, BUT they are NOT currently advancing the property, and all they have done is a Summary report on the geology of the property. There is no 43-101. TIME is NOT on their side...... I suspect we will eventually own those claims and or end up in some sort of a JV with them. Then there is Mineral Ridge.... In the past previous management over promised and under performed. The CURRENT management team is not promising anything, they are simply moving the company forward in an intellegent well thought out manner to achieve the best possible outcome for all concerned.
