Kumar -- agree that acquisition is always a possibility... Things need some major overhauling...but at the same time - CEO's and CFO's are very replacable... I could have marketed it to Verity with PC at the helm until I was blue in the face and it would do no good. His ego got in the way of everything...never mind that his results would have been better had he wanted win/win. No - royalties are never "around the corner" at Verity...There were many false promises there. The only thing that you can count on with them (at least under PC's reign) was if you got something in writing immediately -- and up front. My 10,000 share stock option was sheer vapor. My creations helped bring in 10 million in revenue with no royalties.. Sorry - but I don't buy it...They didn't follow through on promises - period. (& I was not the only one..) Was not marketing here - just stating the facts...
