THIS JUST IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard on the news tonight that Jorge Mas Canosa's condition is no longer stable. It is
reported that his health is rapidly deteriorating and he is in critical care. This does not
look good. My prayers are with the Mas family this evening......and,to a lesser extent,
with Mastec stock on Monday morning.

If I hear more in 1hour, I will post.
