If their first calculation is now estimated to be 40% off, I don't see why anyone should believe their revised work has any more credibility. Just shows what can happen when you put a bunch of overpaid economists (which are plentiful at the WB) in the same room without adult supervision. The brass tacks will be the trade deficits with China, their foreign exchange reserves, the growth of their middle class, their physical level of weaponry and what they do with it. The World Bank can continue sucking their thumbs in downtown DC.
